We engaged Rede in November 2024 to review the design developed and also provide due diligence of the site and development strategy. Matt and Johan from Rede have further provided Project and Develop Management support and advisory to assist REX group with progressing with an application through council, engagement of a high performing consultant team and to define a project budget, program and delivery strategy for our project. Rede has exceeded our expectations to date and has assisted REX group with realising our sites potential as well as providing a road map that outlines a strategy for successful project delivery.
