Rede has been engaged to provide programming and scheduling services for airside projects contained within the 2024 update of the Nadi Airport Master Plan.

At Master Plan level, the programming and scheduling services plan each of the major inputs necessary to achieve the Master Plan’s vision, including project approvals (both client and statutory), funding, leasing, legal, procurement and other enabling requirements. At project level, the programming and scheduling services resolve more detailed project staging, interfaces and identify the timing required for all the major activities from inception, planning and design through to construction, commissioning and handover. The outputs of the Programming and Scheduling services provide all stakeholders with a clear description of the timeframes for all required inputs, the status of all projects and the progress towards delivery of Fiji Airport’s stated goals for the Master Plan.
