To continue to cater for its office accommodation requirements, Brisbane Airport Corporation undertook a project to design and construct 2,200sqm of office accommodation within Levels 1 and 2 at 12–14 The Circuit, Brisbane Airport.The project catered for a minimum of 150 personnel, with an ultimate target of providing desks for 220 personnel across the two floors.The project included the relocation of approximately 80 staff from the Boronia Road building to the new office accommodation location.

Rede’s role was to project manage the design, which included coordinating various stakeholder inputs and requirements, completing the tender and tender assessment phase, assisting in the airport approval processes, managing the construction of the fit-out, and overseeing the relocation of BAC staff from the existing building locations to the new facility.
