The project site spans approximately 2,773 square meters with frontage on Hornibrook Esplanade and Lane Street. The project currently comprises 68 residential units (41 two-bedroom and 27 three bedroom units), including designated areas for communal facilities, visitor parking, and three levels of basement parking with 148 spaces. The design integrates the local character of Clontarf, featuring a coastal aesthetic that enhances the site's natural appeal.
Rede is currently providing a development management role which requires the procurement of design consultants, design management, development optimisation and advisory and development application planning and strategy. The development management role aligns with the project management requirements for the project further defining project planning & scheduling, project budgeting and cost control and contractor procurement planning.
